today, i was in two cars that were pulled over by police. on the way to perkins, one driver was pulled over for going 9 over the speed limit. he was let off with a warning. on the way home from perkins, a different driver was pulled over for having a headlight out. he was given a ticket because the police officer who pulled him over had already given him a warning approximately 1 week ago. the police officer did offer to destroy the ticket if the driver showed that the headlight was fixed within 48 hours.
