fat cat can dash

i want to start rewarding lisa's cat for moving more than 1 foot at a time. that kitten is remarkably lazy and needs some form of incentive not to be so lazy. now, don't get me wrong. i like fat cats. however, fat cats can move about. my cat's somewhat chunky, but she'll still freak out and dash about the apartment several times each evening/night.
