3 of 4: good bad sleep.

last night was another night of good bad sleep. that 3 of the last 4 days. i fucked my back up pretty bad carrying shit loads of paint to my mom's house. then i painted some. tomorrow, i will finish painting. now, i will lay down for the majority of today so my back will quit hurting. tonight wil not be good bad sleep. i need a good night's sleep, so i need my whole bed. ok, bye.
