bent over backwards

yesterday, i had papers dilvered to my house stating that i have to go to small claims court. ah, i've been served papers. now, i'm just going to have to go to court and accept my $1000 (approximate) debt to my credit card company and then have the courts garnish my wages. well, it'll be SOMETHING like that. i'm not looking forward to it, but i'm not worrying much. when you bend over backwards and you're F-U-C-K: fucked, there's not a lot you can do. shit, it's my fault anyway.
